Instow Beach Cottage is home to two pretty three-bedroom beachfront holiday apartments located in the popular village of Instow in North Devon.

The character first-floor apartment Upper Instow Beach Cottage comfortably sleeps up to five, whilst the comfortable Lower Instow Beach Cottage can accommodate up to six. Set just back from Instow’s Marine Parade both Upper and Lower Instow Beach Cottage are great for anyone looking to stay in a stunning setting with some of the best pubs and restaurants on your doorstep. The beach, which is just across the road from the dog-friendly apartments, is partly dog-friendly all year round and looks out over the Torridge estuary. This beautiful ocean view can be seen from the apartments too, which benefit from large windows in their living room, as well as having their own individual private garden and off road car parking.

Upper Instow Beach Apartment

Upper Instow Beach Cottage is a quirky three-bedroom, first-floor apartment, which comfortably accommodates up to five. The dog-friendly apartment, which has lots of character enjoys wonderful, uninterrupted sea views, which are best seen from its bright and spacious sitting room, or the private terrace that leads to a small garden. The apartment also has a kitchen, a separate dining room, and a family bathroom. The three bedrooms include a double, a twin and a single.

Lower Instow Beach Apartment

Lower Instow Beach Cottage is a two storey, ground floor apartment that has recently been refurbished to create a family and dog-friendly holiday let. The spacious apartment can comfortably sleep up to six guests in three bedrooms, which include two double bedrooms on the ground floor and a first floor twin, which is accessed via the original bothy. Also, on the ground floor there is a good sized living room with sea views, a kitchen and the family bathroom. To the rear of the house is Lower Instow Beach Cottage’s private garden.

Ideally Located in the heart of Instow

The highlight of the apartments located at Instow Beach Cottage is their central location within Instow, one of North Devon’s most popular destinations thanks to its stunning setting alongside the Torridge Estuary. The village also has a mostly dog-friendly beach, which makes it a great place to stay if you are coming with your four-legged friend. The apartments, which overlook the estuary and beach have their own off-road car parking and are within an easy walking distance of the village’s pubs and restaurants.

Self-catering in Instow is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing break beside the sea. This stylish village in North Devon has a wonderful esplanade, which is perfect for leisurely post-dinner strolls, whilst the beach itself is largely dog-friendly throughout the year. The village has a few excellent places to eat, such as Boathouse and the Instow Arms, whilst Johns of Instow Deli is a great place to purchase fresh food.
